INGREDIENTS:
• 4 organic eggs
• 2 oz. organic shredded raw cheese
• 3 tbsp. ghee
• 1/2 cup chopped organic red onions
• 8 chopped organic green onions
• 1 cup chopped organic yellow pepper
• 6 cloves of organic minced garlic
• 1 tbsp organic Thyme
• 1 tbsp organic Oregano
• 1 tbsp organic Basil
• 2 tbsp organic Turmeric

DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté onions, green onions and garlic in pan with ghee over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
2. Add in eggs, cheese and herbs.
3. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously and add in turmeric.
